At Organic Sugar Wax and Spa, your comfort—and the comfort of others—is important to us. Here’s everything you need to know to make your visit smooth as can be:
Sweet Start
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, use the restroom, and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
Medical Conditions
Your safety is our top priority. Please let your esthetician know about any medical conditions, recent surgeries, medications, or injuries prior to your service, as some treatments may not be recommended. If you're unsure whether a treatment is right for you, we may advise you to consult with your doctor before proceeding.
Health & Safety Reminder
Feeling under the weather? We kindly ask that you reschedule if you have cold or flu-like symptoms. Masks available upon request.
Soothing Vibes
To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment please silence all cell phones and electronic devices.

For a stress-free visit, we suggest dressing comfortably and keeping valuables at home
Gratuity
Show some love—a little sugar goes a long way. 20% is the usual sweet spot, but feel free to let your generosity shine the way.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Sugaring + Brows + Lashes + Facials & Infrared Sauna
- Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge (minimum $20).
- First late cancellation or no-show: 50% service fee (minimum $20)
- Subsequent occurrences: 100% service fee
