These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any interaction or transaction with Organic Sugar Wax & Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting our location, booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Pre-paid debit/gift cards are not accepted for booking purposes.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to cancellation fees.
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy; it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.

2. Payment & Pricing

We accept most major credit and debit cards for in-person purchases.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales tax may apply to retail purchases.
All service and product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we will do our best to address your concerns.

3. Promotions & Memberships

Promotions, specials, gift cards, add-ons, packages, and combos cannot be combined, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Only one promotion or discount may be applied per service.

Promotions & Specials

Promotions and specials are time-sensitive and may have a 30 to 60 day expiration, or as otherwise determined by Organic Sugar Wax & Spa based on monthly marketing campaigns or seasonal offerings.
Once purchased, promotions and specials are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Service Packages

Multi-service packages have set expiration windows:
- 3-service packs must be used within 180 days
- 6-service packs must be used within 360 days
Unused services after the expiration date are forfeited and non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable and carry no cash value once purchased.

Beauty Bank Membership

Membership credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Roll over month to month and continue to accumulate while the membership is active
- Credits expire 30 days from the written notice of membership cancellation
- May only be used toward full-priced services
- Cannot be applied to promotions, add-ons, packages, specials, or combo offers
- Include a 10% discount on retail products for active members
New memberships require a 4-month minimum commitment.
After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.
You may freeze or place your membership on hold for up to 2 months per calendar year.
Members must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance to freeze or cancel before the next billing cycle.
A valid credit card is required on file for all memberships and will be automatically charged monthly based on the membership tier initially selected.
Membership fees, credits, and unused benefits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

4. Client Conduct & Etiquette

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior, is disruptive, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Harassment, verbal abuse, or disrespectful treatment of our staff will result in immediate dismissal and permanent denial of services.
To ensure a relaxing environment, please silence your phone during your service.

5. Children & Minors Policy

Children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment area or left unattended in the spa.
Minors aged 13–17 may receive services only with parental consent. A parent or guardian must be present at the first appointment to sign a waiver.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please arrange childcare prior to your visit when possible.

6. Health & Medical Considerations

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or health concerns before receiving services.
Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or those who are pregnant.
You are responsible for consulting with your physician if you have any concerns about the suitability of our treatments.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Expired gift cards may not be honored unless otherwise required by state law.
